A really handy way to prepare salad for the week’s lunches or if you have fussy eaters in the house.
The idea is that you prepare all the salad etc in individual boxes and put them in the fridge to stay fresh. Then when you want to have a salad you bring out the boxes and add just what you want to. I prepare my work lunches like tis and it saves loads of time in the mornings.
The choices are endless. I often have about 14 or 15 ingredients.
I use the click lid type of boxes such as these Deik (aff) but you could use bowls or Tupperware too. I find salad will usually last for up to 5 days, the advantage of doing it this way is that the ingredients don’t cross-contaminate each other
Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry with a little Fry-Light.
For the chicken I cut breasts into chunks and dry fry (with a lid on) after tossing in 1tsp of each of cumin, coriander, turmeric and paprika and maybe some fenugreek. All depends on your taste.
