There is nothing better as the Autumn get cooler than a nice bowl of soup (or a mug) and this is one of my favourites. It is Syn Free on Slimming World and it fills you up too.
First cut the onion and pepper into small pieces and fry off in a pan with a couple of tablespoons of water.
Add the tins of tomatoes, the baked beans, herbs, garlic paste (about 2 teaspoons depending on how you like it), a glug of Worcester sauce, and a few shakes of tobasco .
Heat on a medium heat for about 25 minutes stirring occasionally to get all the flavours combined. Taste. Add more Tobasco if not spicy enough for you.
Either use a stick blender to blend it or put it into a liquidiser until it is smooth.
You can add a tablespoon of fromage frais if you like just before serving or just put it in a flask and take it with you to work.
